problem yourself with the help of the operating instructions (section “What to

do if…”).

If you were not able to remedy the problem yourself, please contact the Cus-

tomer Care Department or one of our service partners.

In order to be able to assist you quickly, we

require the following information:

– Product number (PNC)

– Serial number (S No.)

(for numbers see rating plate)

– Type of fault

– Any error messages displayed by the ap-

pliance

– three digit letter-number combination for glass ceramic
