Oven functions Application
Off position The appliance is off.
Oven lamp To activate the lamp without a cooking function.
Conventional Cooking To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.
Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve
food.
Fan Cooking To roast or roast and bake food with the same
cooking temperature on more than 1 shelf posi‐
tion, without flavour transference.
True Fan Cooking To bake on up to 2 shelf positions at the same
time and to dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40
°C lower than for Conventional Cooking.
Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast
bread.
Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones
on 1 shelf position. Also to make gratins and to
brown.
Pizza Setting To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more inten‐
sive browning and a crispy bottom. Set the tem‐
perature 20 - 40 °C lower than for Conventional
Cooking.
Light Cooking To bake in tins and dry on 1 shelf position at a low
temperature.
