• Garanţia aparatului începe de la data la ca-

re aţi achiziţionat prima dată aparatul, care

este evidenţiată prin prezentarea docu-

mentului valabil de cumpărare emis de

vânzătorul aparatului.

• Garanţia aparatului este pentru aceeaşi

perioadă şi are aceeaşi acoperire pentru

manoperă şi piese de schimb cu cea exis-

tentă în noua dvs. ţară de rezidenţă pentru

acest model anume sau gamă de aparate.

• Garanţia aparatului este personală

cumpărătorului original al aparatului, şi nu

poate fi transferată altui utilizator.

• Aparatul este instalat şi utilizat în concor-

danţă cu instrucţiunile emise de Electrolux,

şi este utilizat numai în scopuri casnice, cu

alte cuvinte nu este utilizat în scopuri co-

merciale.

•Aparatul este instalat în concordanţă cu

toate reglementările relevante în vigoare în

noua dvs. ţară de rezidenţă.

Prevederile acestei Garanţii europene nu

afectează nici unul din drepturile care vă sunt

garantate prin lege.

Standard guarantee conditions

We, Electrolux, undertake that if within 12

months of the date of the purchase this Elec-

trolux appliance or any part thereof is proved

to be defective by reason only of faulty work-

manship or materials, we will, at our option

repair or replace the same FREE OF CHAR-

GE for labour, materials or carriage on con-

dition that:

• The appliance has been correctly installed

and used only on the electricity supply sta-

ted on the rating plate.

• The appliance has been used for normal

domestic purposes only, and in accordan-

ce with the manufacturer's instructions.

• The appliance has not been serviced,

maintained, repaired, taken apart or tam-

pered with by any person not authorised

by us.

• Electrolux Service Force Centre must un-

dertake all service work under this guaran-

tee

• Any appliance or defective part replaced

shall become the Company's property.

• This guarantee is in addition to your statu-

tory and other legal rights.

Exclusions

• Damage or calls resulting from transpor-

tation, improper use or neglect, the repla-

cement of any light bulbs or removable

parts of glass or plastic.

• Costs incurred for calls to put right an ap-

pliance which is improperly installed or

calls to appliances outside the United

Kingdom.

• Appliances found to be in use within a

commercial environment, plus those

which are subject to rental agreements.

• Products of Electrolux manufacturer that

are not marketed by Electrolux

pliance (found on the rating plate).

5. The purchase date.

rantee documentation is required for in gua-
