Adaptation to different types of gas

Replacing nozzles

1. Remove the grates.

2. Remove the burner caps and crowns.

3. Using a box spanner 7 mm, unscrew and remove

the nozzles (Fig. 6 a), replacing them with nozzles

corresponding to the type of gas used (see table

“Burner specifications”).

Triple crown (Ultra-Rapid burner):

after having assembled the injectors (lett. “B”- Fig. 6 b),

screw their cages Ø 16 on (lett. “C”- Fig. 6 b), found

included in the supply (primary air regulators);

IMPORTANT: secure the cages using the

special cap tool and a screwdriver (Fig. 6

b).

4. Refit the parts by carrying out the above operations

in reverse order.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to remove the cap

tool before reassembling the burners.

5. Then replace the rating plate (located near the gas

connection) with that corresponding to the new type

of gas. The latter is included in the bag of injectors

supplied.

If the pressure of the gas used is different (or variable)

from the required value, a suitable pressure regulator for

the piped gas complying with current standards must

be installed on the inlet pipe.

The use of pressure regulators for liquefied gases (LPG)

is allowed provided they comply with current standards

and subsequent updates.
