5. Release the control knob and then gently

close the oven door.

To adjust the temperature, turn the knob to

the required setting after a few minutes.

Warning! The gas oven and the electric

grill cannot be used at the same time.

The ignition of the gas oven burner

prevents the electric grill control knob to

operate.

Oven functions

The oven function control knob allows to set

the oven on the required cooking function.

To choose an oven function, turn the function

control clockwise to the symbol the desired

function.

Only for models: GHL3-4.5 and GHL30-4.5

Oven function Description

Light Using this function you can light up the oven interior, e.g. for clean-

ing.

OFF position The oven is OFF .

Grill For grilling flat food items placed in the middle of the grill and

for toasting .

Using the grill

(only for models: GHL3-4.5 and GHL30-4.5)

Grill burner ignition

Warning! When grilling the oven door

has to be closed.

When using the grill it has to be super-

vised.

During grilling process turn over meat

from time to time.

Important steps when using the grill:

1. Insert baking tray on the first shelf posi-

tion.
