Activates and deactivates the tone of the

touch fields. It is not possible to deactivate

the tone of the ON / OFF touch field.

Alarm/Error Tones Activates and deactivates the alarm tones.

Cleaning Assistant Helps you with the cleaning procedure.

Cleaning Reminder Gives a reminder to clean the oven.

Odour Filter

For selected models only: activates or deac-

tivates the function and also prevents smell

during cooking. When off, it cleans itself at

intervals.

Service

Shows the software version and configura-

tion.

Factory Settings Resets all settings to factory settings.

Heating function Application

True Fan Cooking To bake on up to 3 oven levels at the same

time and to dry food. Set the oven tempera-

tures 20 - 40 °C lower than when using

Conventional Cooking .

Pizza Setting To bake food on one oven level for a more

intensive browning and a crispy bottom. Set

the oven temperatures 20 - 40 °C lower

than when using Conventional Cooking .

Conventional Cooking For baking and roasting on one level.

Slow Cook To prepare tender, succulent roasts.

Bottom Heat To bake cakes with a crispy bottom and to

preserve food.

Grilling To grill flat food and to toast bread.

Grilling + Turnspit To grill flat food and to toast bread.

Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and to

toast bread.

Fast Grilling + Turnspit For grilling larger joints of poultry and for

roasting.
